When different techniques and pressures are applied to the reflexes it triggers a healing response within the mind and body bringing everything back into balance.

Our initial consultation is 90 mins and allows us to establish your reasons for treatment and what you hope to achieve.  This also includes a slightly longer reflexology treatment which works on all body systems.  

After this session, a tailored treatment plan is designed specifically to your needs, ready in time for your next treatment.

Thereafter, I offer 60 mins appointments.

I take the time to get to know you and understand your needs.

    INITIAL CONSULTATION 1 hour, 30 MINS - £55

    An initial consultation allows time to understand the full nature of your reason/s for treatment & what you hope to achieve.
    The treatment itself takes around 60 mins.
    Thereafter, a tailored treatment plan is designed specifically to suit your needs; ready in time for your next treatment.

    Reflexology Treatment 1 hour - £50

    This includes 5-10 mins at the start of the session to update me on how you have been feeling since your last treatment.
    This is followed by 45 mins of reflexology, and then 5-10 minutes afterwards to give you some down time and discuss any responses or sensations that may have been felt.

    For mobile services I cover Ripon and surrounding areas. This service is well suited to treatments for more than one person up to a maximum of 5 people.

    I will bring everything we need, including a mobile treatment bed. Please get in touch for a quotation and to discuss everything fully.
