Covid Policy

Our well-being is more important than our reflexology treatment.  To ensure both of our safety I will be following the Covid-19 secure guidelines from the Association of Reflexologists.  

Prior to your appointment, please assess if any of the below instances apply to you. have you:

• Had symptoms of a cough, fever, high temperature, sore throat, breathlessness, loss of taste/sense of smell or flu like symptoms within the last 14 days?

• Been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected Covid-19 infection within the last 14 days?

• Been in close contact with a person who is a confirmed or suspected case of Covid-19 within the last 14 days?  (Less than 2 metres in distance.)

• Been advised by a doctor to self-isolate during this time?

• Consider yourself to be in a high risk category?

If any of these apply to you, please do not attend the appointment.  

Other measures I will be taking will include:

• Please note that I am no longer wearing a face mask as standard procedure, however please let me know if you would like me to wear one

• My equipment is sanitised after every session
